Heavy Equipment Operator - Mainline Sanitary Sewer

Mandatory: 5+ years Tracked Excavator in close proximity to underground utilities, Trench Box - double stacked, road excavation

Local Candidates Only: North Atlanta / Doraville GA

5+ year experience in similar position

Position: Tracked Excavator Operator for Sanitary Sewer, Water line, and Grading. List your equipment experience and environment. Experience installing sanitary sewer with double stacked trench boxes and excavating around existing utilities is a must.

Skills:

• Site Construction experience 5+ years with Municipal Clients involving Sewer, Stream Restoration, Clearing, Grading, Utilities, Water
• Must have valid Driver’s license and clean MVR
• E-verify required
• Experience in underground excavation in Urban Areas around multiple Utilities
• Knowledge of Georgia underground utility law and UPC procedures
• 5+ years Operational experience in Tracked Excavators, wheel loaders, heavy equipment
• Represent company to Clients and Owners in professional manner
• Completes new and complicated tasks from verbal instructions under minimum supervision
• Preferred certifications: Utility Foreman state license, Erosion level 1A, Competent Person in Excavations, Confined space training
• Forklift operators DO NOT qualify

About our Company: Site construction firm works in and around the Metro Atlanta area primarily for various municipal clients. Projects include: water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, storm water retention, parks, stream restoration, and grading.
