Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including the following; other duties may be assigned)-Compile Parts research and availability for inventory needed.

• Review order points and quantity with supervisors.
• Establish/maintain accounts and parts inventory levels.

-Storing, labeling, and organizing parts inventories. -Issue parts as requisitioned.

• Determine parts dispositions as needed.
• Order and receive inventories into our RTA Fleet Management Software.
• Report on a daily basis work orders and activity reports.
• Track and process purchases-Manage the parts inventory for the main shop-Issue parts as requisitioned-Assist in parts purchasing-Handle warranty part ordering/returns-Process and manage receipts, payables, and invoices from suppliers-Manage vendor performance for timely repairs and invoicing-Answer telephone dealing directly with customers and vendors-Inform/Schedule preventative maintenance service with customers-Accurately input work requests into our system-Other tasks as required Qualifications-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word-Barcoding experience-Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

-High degree of accuracy -Good time management skills-Regular, predictable, full time attendance is an essential function of the job-Heavy truck and equipment experience Education/Experience-High School diploma or GED-2 years of parts inventory experience -1 year of inventory management experience preferred - Valid unrestricted California Driver License Language Skills-Effective oral and written communications skills in English language-Bilingual candidates who can speak both English and Spanish are preferred, but not mandatory Reasoning Ability-Ability to work independently Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
