Description: The emphasis this is not a senior-level position but entry-level. Level III in the job title is based on the rate. High-volume experience is important. Candidates should have experience in large business environments. The location is Blue Lagoon. Contract to Hire conversion salary is between 25-27/hour. Position fully remote eventually hybrid. The candidate needs to live within commuting distance of Blue Lagoon. Tech support through phone emails chat 20-30 phone calls per day 10-15 emails per day. Windows Mac IOS troubleshooting. Entry level 4 week training period. Qualities needed: customer service experience able to multi task self starter good phone voice. Not required but plus: corporate service desk experience active directory experience certifications. The position will include both weekend and evening shifts. Provides first level IT support for all end-users via telephone email or chat. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware software and voice/data communication systems issues. Escalates calls when appropriate. Writes concise informative service tickets. Follows up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursues issues through to resolution. Requires experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation. Must possess broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems application software desktop and laptop computers printers and networks. Years Experience: 5-10.
