  • START DATE: SEPTEMBER 12TH OR 19TH (TBD)
  • SCHEDULE: 3:30PM - 12:00AM
  • Training Hours: PAID Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (2-4 Weeks)
  • Rate of Pay: $17.00
  • We offer shift differential $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 8:00pm-6:00am Monday-Friday and from 8:00pm Friday through 6:00am on Monday.

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving incoming telephone, email, and chat requests for technical assistance on standard commercial and proprietary applications. Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are core competencies of the position. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow are requirements of the Analyst - Help Desk role.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 6-12 months of previous call center or computer support experience

Skills Needed:

  • Strong Verbal/Written Communication
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Lotus Notes, and Internet applications
  • Computer troubleshooting for clients/Finding solutions for clients
