***Highly Compensated ($300k-$400k) Associate Position in Beautiful Southern Oregon, Immediately Full Schedule***

Recruiting Outstanding Dentist,

We are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic dentist to join us on our path to excellence and prosperity at one of our beautiful, newly remodeled practices in southern Oregon. We currently have three locally-owned and operated practices. They are located in Grants Pass, Central Point, and Medford. These are well-established practices with a steady flow of new and returning patients.

Ideal candidates will be capable of performing various dental procedures, including fillings, root canals, crowns and bridges, dentures and extractions. We are offering a very attractive compensation package based upon experience. But above all else we are looking for candidates who fit our core values of:

We offer the following starting compensation package, depending on experience:

$200k Guaranteed salary or production pay, whichever is higher (this year our average associate doctor is earning more than $350k)
