PRIME HOME PRESERVATION - RECRUITMENT FOR PROPERTY PRESERVATION & MAINTAINANCE CONTRACTORS IN VIRGINIA.

A nationwide property preservation company is represented by PRIME HOME PRESERVATION. In addition, we maintain an excellent reputation with our clients, having been in the business for the past four years.

As part of our ongoing efforts to expand, we are now recruiting for Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and Florida with first-rate offers and packages for all the new contractors. At the moment we require new hires in the state of VIRGINIA.

We are always looking for vendors with experience in the following areas:

VA- Richmond, Norfolk, Williamsburg, Alexandria, Charlottesville, Lynchburg, Chesapeake, Fredericksburg, Hampton, Fairfax, Arlington, Manassas, Portsmouth , Stafford, Petersburg, Martinsville, Cristianburg, Radford

FL- Tampa, Orlando, Pensacola, Milton, Century, Madison, Perry, Live Oak, Lake Placid, Wimauma, Boca Raton, Venice, Greenville, Spring Hill, Lehigh Acres, North Port

AL- Huntsville, Cullman, Birmingham, Pinson, Clopton, Evergreen, Atmore, Jackson, Mobile, Chickasaw

MS- Southaven, Meridian, Gautier, State Line, Louisville, Horn Lake, Waynesboro

TN- Covington, Arlington, Brownsville, Memphis

NC- Greensboro, Durhan, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Charlotte

GA- Atlanta, Columbus, Athens, Marietta, Griffin, Macon

Special offers: These offers are only for AL, MS, TN, NC, GA, VA & FL state contractors and will be available for a limited time.

# Complete 10 work-orders on time to earn an extra $150.00 bonus.

# Also, more rewards and bonuses based on work volume completion.

Payments Policy: As part of our commitment to transparency and standardization, Prime Home Preservation ensures our contractors get paid weekly and on time with the exact number of work order calculations and amount. Furthermore, we offer competitive prices that are better than any other company on the market. In addition, we provide direct customer service for any payment questions or concerns.

Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:

• Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
• Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances.
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns.
• Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
• Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.
• Oversee the sprinkler system and trash containers on the company premises.
• Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers.
• Provide clients’ with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment.
