The Role
The Sr. Manager, Global Brand Communications – Brand Partnerships, you will help us bring our purpose of igniting bold change and propelling people forward to life. Working closely with the Global Brand Communications team, you will lead the management of all brand partnerships. This passionate and creative individual will contribute to the consistency of overall brand messaging and brand voice by managing the HOKA brand ambassador program that will be integrated into marketing. Building and sustaining relationships with our partners is an integral part of this role. This individual will have peer-to-peer relationship responsibilities with external partners, Global Brand Communications, Global Marketing, US Marketing, Sports Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce. This role will serve as a key team leader who thoughtfully implements and communicates strategy to the broader global brand team. This role requires an individual who is creative and passionate about community, story sharing, communications, and brand marketing.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage a multi-tier Brand Ambadassor Program including strategy development and implementation, day-to-day partner management, global guidance, and cross- functional collaboration
- Spearhead the communications strategy and programming for all Humans of HOKA storytelling projects
- Oversee Brand Purpose strategy and charitable contributions in collaboration with the greater Deckers organization
- Monitor real-time trends in and outside of the brand’s competitive marketplace, staying up to date on industry and cultural news.

- Must have at least 5-7 years of relevant marketing and/ or brand partnerships experience
- BA/BS degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
