LifeSolutions Counseling is a strength-based group counseling practice whose mission is to help people reach their full potential. We provide evidenced-based and best practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Concurrent Documentation and Art/Interactive Play Therapy to assist children and families achieve successful independence and self-sufficiency. LifeSolutions has Board Certified clinicians who are licensed for outpatient therapy as well as contracts with the Department of Child Services (DCS) and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction. Finally, we offer strength-based supervision that leads to clinical licensure in the state of Indiana.

LifeSolutions Counseling contracts with the Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation in Marion, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Madison, Tipton, and Boone counties to provide home-based therapy and case management.

LifeSolutions Counseling currently has positions available for Bachelor-Level Caseworkers/Skill Builders.

Services provided:

• Home Based Case Management
• Supervised Visitation

Position requires:

• Knowledge of parenting skills, family functioning, and child development
• Ability to link clients with community resources
• Strong entrepreneurial and networking skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care
• Understanding of alcohol/substance dependency
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to provide consistent communication with referral sources

In addition to meeting with individual clients, staff will coordinate care with the Family Case Manager within the Department of Child Services and other providers involved in each client's case. Clients present with a variety of issues with some of the most common being substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship problems with family or significant others, stress management, homelessness, and lack of resources.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
