We are searching for Full time and Part time RNs for our Home Health department. You CAN make a real difference! Your duties and responsibilities will vary from patient to patient. Some duties and responsibilities are:

Assess the patients needs and initiate the Plan of Care paperwork. Provide skilled nursing care to include: IV fluids, medications, catherization and skilled wound care. Prepare clinical and progress notes, including discharge paperwork. Inform the physician and other staff of your clients changing needs. Assign Home Health aides, as needed, to your patient. Oversee LPNs and Home Health aides providing services to your patient.

Skilled Home Health services are provided to our clients in their place of residence, whether it be in their home, in an assisted living facility and even in a hospital setting. Respectful caring for people in need of Home Health services is an essential part of who we are as caregivers.
