Job description

Our team is currently seeking reliable professionals who are able to provide an exceptional customer experience while managing multiple tables at once. Our Hosts and Hostesses are responsible for creating an enjoyable dining atmosphere for customers, while making sure that all patrons receive their meal in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a similar environment and is comfortable working with a team.
Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, seating them at tables or waiting area.
• Be able to handle questions about menu items, wine list, and specials.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.

• Manage payments at the end of a meal.
• Anticipate and remedy customer problems.
• Manage a section of a restaurant, ensuring that orders are filled in a timely

manner.

• Monitor cleanliness of restaurant tables, booths, and restrooms.
