Job description

Front Desk Associates provide assistance to the guests of a hotel throughout all the stages of their stay. Their responsibilities include but not limited to performing check-in, assigning rooms, helping guests, handling reservations and collaborating with hotel staff:

• Greet and register guests.
• Collect the proper payment.
• Take reservations.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner.
• Actively participate in the hotels sales efforts
• Keep your work area clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Ensure the lobby and laundry area is clean and in working order.
• Perform all laundry functions.
• Set up all wake up calls.
• Keep coffee area clean and well stocked.
• End of shift balance all invoices, cash and check transactions.
• Handle guest relations in a professional manner.
• Attend all scheduled department meetings.
• Complete all work lists by the end of each shift.
• Practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Must complete all brand standard training
• Providing friendly and competent customer service.
• Reporting for work in a timely manner when scheduled with regular and consistent attendance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
