Hotel Guest Service Agent/ Night Audit
Job description
Under the direction of the Guest Service Manager; the Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with team members, supervisors to supervise Guest Service team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations with the ultimate goal of exceeding guest expectations. The expectation is that this role is to respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services at all times. This role is responsible for ensuring that hotel charges are processed diligently to guest's accounts, invoices are accurate, billing instructions are verified, all necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlements.
We are also looking for a Guest Service Agent and a Night Auditor.
