Preferred Qualifications :

Interest in participating in an organization-wide digital transformation project; academic focus on Information Systems, Human Resources, or Finance.

Responsibilities :

HRI is in the midst of a digital transformation as we work to implement Workday, an Enterprise Wide Planning financial accounting and human capital management system. We are seeking student interns to support the HRI Corporate Office during this exciting transition. These positions are needed through August 2023, with possible continuation through the Fall 2023 semester.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to, supporting end users in a training environment, responding to help desk inquiries, organizing training materials or logistics for training, performing data entry, reviewing written materials, drafting communications or power point presentations, acting as scribe in training sessions, reviewing data for utilization trends, and/or soliciting end user feedback.


The incumbent in this position will work approximately 20 hours per week

Conditions of Employment :
Hourly position expected to last through August 2023 with possible extension through the Fall 2023 semester. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required.

This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting may not be available. If telecommuting is available, the incumbent will be required to have a telephone/mobile device, and internet access.
