Title: Housekeeper

Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 5/2 rotating schedule (5 days on, 2 days off) Flexibility to work weekends needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting resident and patient rooms
• Cleaning common areas and offices
• Removing trash and paper from inside the facility
• Ensuring work / cleaning schedules are followed, while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all staff, resident, and guests
• Completing routine cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules and using established methods
• Cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, wet moping, and other similar duties
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: Prior experience in housekeeping in the equivalent in a health care and/or hospitality environment preferred. Must have a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working in and around the senior community.
