Job Summary
Our team members are representatives of the company as a whole and we expect the utmost professionalism in all duties performed at our properties. As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for performing various housekeeping tasks that are necessary in order to preserve and improve the value of our apartment communities. These functions include but are not limited to;
- Assist in the turn over process of vacant units; cleaning appliances in vacant units; refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, washer/dryers
- Daily upkeep and cleaning of the interior common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and elevators
- Walking the grounds daily to maintain the curb appeal of the community
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
