Housekeeping Inspector

We are a local vacation rental company looking to fill a part-time “Inspector” position to join our team in Fort Myers Beach, FL, (Lee County). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience, a positive attitude and an energetic personality. This position is mainly for a Saturday Inspector but has potential for additional days scheduled as needed.

Job Duties:

• Inspection of houses, Quality Control

• Communicating with cleaners

• Time management to ensure houses are complete on time

• Help with laundry and various housekeeping tasks including deliveries

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Applicants Qualifications:

• Highly organized and a keen eye for detail.

• Reliable, ability to meet deadlines, and a team player.

• The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks.

• Self-motivated and customer service oriented.

• Ability to see projects through to completion.

• Great with customers.

• Ability to regularly lift over 20 lbs.

• Applicants must have reliable transportation.

• Applicants must be willing and able to work overtime

• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

• All applicants will be required to a background screening.

Pay Frequency:

• Biweekly

Schedule:

• We are looking for open schedule but are flexible to the days you are able to work, times would be from 9-5pm/10am-6pm/11am-7pm (but could change dependent on occupancy and needs of business)

o Saturday is a required working day and then 1-2 other days may be assigned as needed.

• Competitive Pay $15 to $16 an hour dependent on experience

Experience:

• Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor 1-3 years (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:

• Prefer applicant to be bilingual in English/Spanish – But not necessary to apply.
