All members of our housekeping team are essential in making sure our guests have a great stay. Past experience as a hotel, hospital, nursing home cleaner or custodian, or in residential cleaning is helpful.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would:
- Supervise the activities of room attendants, public area attendants and turndown attendant in all phases of the cleaning operation.
- Check work quality and make corrections and changes as needed. Assist in performance evaluations.
- Responsible for assigning the daily work schedules for the Room Attendants.
- Responsible for changing the status of the rooms as instructed.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure that the cleanliness standards are met.
- Completes all assigned projects in a timely manner.
