The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will be someone who understands the importance of confidentiality, can work in a fast-paced environment and can handle a high volume of communication - oral/written/electronic.
The Role
This position will help support the day-to-day clerical/administrative functions of the HR department by performing the following, but not limited to:
- Collect/process/file/scan confidential paperwork and update electronic and paper files.
- Create and update records/databases as needed.
- Run background checks and schedule pre-employment drug testing.
- Prepare and processes new hire paperwork.
- Prepare and processes termination paperwork.
- Assist with recruiting efforts by doing some initial phone screens.
- Data Entry
- Research for special projects.
- Assist with company event coordination.
- Create labels and folders.
- Other clerical-related functions as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a clerical / admin support role.
- 3 years of experience using office systems such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to work on-site, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
