Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining the HR calendar
  • Maintaining and auditing employee files
  • Handling the administration of OTC's rewards and recognition platform including running reports, working with the platform vendor on updates and enhancements to the system, and preparing and summarizing data
  • Developing and maintaining company policies, including ensuring the proper approval channels are being used and posting policies as appropriate
  • Pulling HR data for monthly business review meetings and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting with space planning and hoteling in the corporate office
  • Managing the HR email box by answering general HR questions and referring complex to the HR managers as appropriate
  • Ensuring proper legal postings at various company worksites, etc.
  • Participate and lead various projects within HR functions.
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of HR principles, local and federal regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting multiple locations and/or departments is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work within established timeframes with adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite. Smartsheet experience is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills is required
