PROJECTZYZ has rare openings for a Human Resources Coordinator in the office of our manufacturing area where we provide prototype molds and parts to major OEM companies using world-class equipment and leading-edge technologies through stereolithography, selective laser sintering, vacuum casting, and other specialized processes.

PROJECTXYZ tailors’ products and services to meet the demands in the automotive market as well as other strategic market pursuits and growth areas. One of the key benefits of the facility is producing large numbers of high-quality parts very quickly, with great dimensional accuracy, and low scrap rates. Equipment and leading-edge technologies the company uses to provide molds and parts to major OEM companies include stereolithography, selective laser sintering, vacuum casting, and other specialized processes.

Purpose of Position:

The HR Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and people skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, HR Coordinators should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and talent acquisition. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing conflict, effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential):

• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Manages the recruitment process by sourcing top talent using various recruitment tools, identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, and facilitating onboarding process
• Assists with HR events
• Produces reports on general HR activity
• Assists with payroll and adhoc HR projects
• Keep up to date with HR trends and best practices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Human Resources or equivalent education and experience
• Exposure to employment laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Works well under pressure
• Highly computer literate with capability in email and MS Office
• Exposure to HR/PR system
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be possess the skills and knowledge of creative problem solving, detail oriented with problem solving, decision making, and responsibilities in support of each employee to stimulate safety efforts and commitment.

• Sit up to 8 hours a day
