Administers policies and programs relating to various phases of human resources activity by performing general HR duties.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll - Performs a number of review duties within the payroll process including: payroll close, payroll distribution, Attendance Tracking, vacation/PPT time and perfect attendance calculations, may review and recommend payroll adjustments, edits time cards for errors
- Perform interview, process and track applicant pool for hiring
- Responsible for tracking all attendance for non-exempt employees and ensure policies are followed in relation to attendance
- Performance Management – Provides management with information required to complete and administer performance reviews for the staff. Process Form 100s for approved salary increases
- Assist Managers, Supervisors and employees on interpretation and fair application of policies/procedures to ensure consistency
- Conduct orientation with new hires to provide resourceful information concerning benefits and ergonomics/safety
- Administration and communication of Company Benefit programs
- Provides timely written and verbal communication to management on various Human Resource issues
- Assists with development and implementation of effective reporting systems
- Assists in maintaining the smooth operation of the support area
- Maintains good public relations
- Administration – Using eVerify processes I-9 Forms and documentation for accuracy; signs completed I-9s, checks Rehire-Reinstatement Forms, reviews employee referrals and ensures compensation is accurate.
- Responsibilities will include business process change as well as the implementation of new products, services and technology
- Assist with analyzing and reporting on customer survey results
- Provide support to other work streams, providing information on business related queries, reviewing output from the business perspective, analyzing and resolving business issues, and representing the business in workshops etc.
- Lead internal team members and external clients in assessing client business processes, methods, systems and procedures and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist with creating communications and provide feedback on messaging to core team
- Attend Train the Trainer as required in order to provide direct support for Trainers during End User Training delivery as appropriate
- Assist with executing UAT testing
- Manage audit responsibilities around Critical Care, Agent Assist and Escalation reports
- Conduct periodic review of knowledgebase job aids and/or work processes
- Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
- Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
- Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
- Perform additional duties as required by management
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience and minimum 2 years pevious management experience is required. Prefer 3-5 years of experience.
Computer Experience:
Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems. Must be proficient with MicroWoft Office programs including but not limilted to PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
