Angels On Call is looking to hire a HR Representative for one of our Philadelphia offices to assist the HR Manager in a variety of tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completion of any documents requiring a signature for all incoming patients
• Maintains compliance with all Patient & Employee files for auditing purposes
• Assist with quarterly internal audits of all files for compliance
• Assist with documentation retrieval during the employee on-boarding process; may require travel
• Maintain any trackers/spreadsheets in relation to patient/employee compliance daily
• Assist with employee issues relating to EVV administration and visit verification (timesheets)
• Maintains adequate supplies of necessary forms and PPE supplies
• Assist with Business Development and on-boarding in all AOC satellite locations

Skills and Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred
• Previous HR experience is required
• Familiar with HHAExchange
• Experience in a long-term care setting required
• Phone customer service skills
• Organizational Skills
• Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
