Position Overview
The full time HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative HR support to the company, concentrating on TA Operations. This position reports to Talent Acquisition Manager or another member of senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position can be remote or hybrid working in the San Francisco, California office.
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR TA Ops team by providing administrative support
- Organize employee data in the company’s internal databases (Paylocity, Lever, etc)
- Schedule and coordinate hiring manager interviews
- Process background checks
- Projects as assigned
- Perform other Talent Acquisition administrative duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager/HR Business Partner/HR Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years office job experience preferred
- Ability to interact politely and professionally at all levels of the company
- Proficiency with PC software, including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
