Ultra Steak, Inc. is a large franchiser of Texas Roadhouse, Aspen Creek and other restaurant concepts. Due to a promotion, we have a unique opportunity at our support center located in Fishers, Indiana. The HR Associate/Trainee is a full-time hourly position that works closely within our HR team, receiving informal on-the-job training in various HR functions. This position will be situated at our front desk in a quiet, low-volume office environment. While the majority of training and job responsibilities will lie within HR, this position will receive some training in the payroll function in order to act as an occasional backup.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter who is dependable, can multi-task and work well within a team environment. Bilingual skills would be highly desired but not required. An affinity for Texas Roadhouse rolls and a nice restaurant discount is a plus!

Salary is $16-$22 an hour commensurate with related experience and skills.

This position will learn and help manage various HR processes, which may include:

• Assist with job posting and onboarding
• Manage unemployment claims
• HRIS (Paycom) data input and management
• Administer work-related injuries and OSHA data
• Maintain discretion with utmost integrity when presented with confidential data

Requirements:

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: No HR experience required; demonstrated administrative skills with strong detail orientation
