Grady Management Inc., one of the area's leading property management firms is currently seeking an HR Coordinator with a focus on recruiting to join our multifamily housing property management team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers to source, and as needed prescreen and schedule qualified candidates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Maintain open positions listing and assist hiring managers in sourcing and prescreening candidates as needed
• Process background investigations
• Handle unemployment claims
• Set up special events
• Ensure all sites are up to date with federal, state and local posting requirements
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
• Assist HR department with general administrative support

The qualified candidate will:

• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Experience in recruiting, preferably in the property management industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations orally and in writing
• Ability to multi-task and maintain strong attention to detail
• PHR certification a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
