Job description
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, programs and policies. Play an important role as we implement innovations in HR, including how we partner with the business.
- Respond to unemployment claims notices and participate in unemployment hearings
- First escalation point for employee complaints. Assists with investigations by providing translation services and documenting all related issues with guidance from supervisor.
- Assist with the performance management and evaluation process.
- Responsible for offboarding employees and conducting exit interviews.
- Provide administrative support and perform customer service functions by responding to employee inquiries and requests.
- Maintain HRIS system records, making changes in the HRIS system, analyzing data, and compiling reports. Responsible for storing and retrieving employee files to storage.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of employee information and employee files in compliance with company guidelines.
- Prepare service awards for employee anniversaries.
- Responsible for the ordering and distribution of Labor law posters to all company locations.
- Responsible for making employee badges and name tags.
- Assist with gathering documents for reports, special projects, and legal documentation.
- Assist with new hire acquisitions (takeovers) which may include onboarding and benefit enrollment.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
