Human Resource Administrator available shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday through Friday!!!.(Some weekend shifts may be required as the business dictates)
Compensation:

Responsibilities:- Typically supports plant population of 500-700 employees with administrative duties
- Oversee all incoming visitors for the site and will ensure sign-in logs are maintained and visitors get to the appropriate people timely
- Upkeep personnel files, daily filing, HR department forms management, payroll filing, training files, and adhere to all retention policies
- Distribution of paychecks
- Help employees resolve wide variety of issues, and escalate per the escalation policy for HR
- Document and assist with employee questions and complaints regarding a wide variety of issues (FMLA, work schedules, transfers, promotions, benefits, safety, unfair treatment, performance, personal issues, pay, company policies)
- Make HR and Training team supplies (handbook copies, new hire packets, training books, etc.)
- Tracking of training matrix, consolidation of survey data, and other training support
- Meal Coordination
- Uniform Management
- Boot Reimbursement tracking
- Building Key Access administration and auditing
- Communicate monthly birthdays, anniversaries, and employee communications (Marlin, Bulletin Boards, etc)
- Support Employee Relations calendar events
- Able to work core hours of 8am – 5pm, and able to adjust hours as needed to support team events
- Cross-train and prepare to be a backup for other tasks in the department
- Associates degree preferred in Administration, HR or related field
- 2-4 years’ experience as a site admin, HR assistant, or other relevant work
- Strong computer skills (ability to learn SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) training skills, customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual abilities is highly preferred

The plant was built in 1966, manufactures cups, lids, and trays, and has approximately 600 employees. This plant was also awarded the Safety Plant of the Year and Food Service Manufacturer of the Year Award.
