Summary

The HR Administrator will support the day-to-day activities within the Human Resources function. Some of the responsibilities will be recruiting, onboarding, events, and employee inquiries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate hourly recruiting activities which includes communication with Temp agencies, maintain/update employee hours, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate various activities such as onboarding, training, events, meetings, community support, etc.
  • Provide benefit support to employees for enrollment, status changes, wellness program, and other general inquiries
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and manage physical associate files
  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations and company policies
  • Employee relations activities and events
  • Escalation of associate issues

Expected Outcomes

  • Data in HR systems is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Compliance requirements, filing, and record keeping are up to date

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 4-year degree (BS) in business or related field
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines
  • Basic understanding of key elements of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Physical Demand and Work Environment

  • Physical Demands – while performing the duties in this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
  • Work Environment – the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
