Position Summary –
Provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Operations team in day-to-day activities. Duties may vary daily dependent on the needs of business operations.
Essential Tasks and Duties- (Other duties may be assigned):
General administrative and clerical support for the site
Assist with onboarding of new hire class
Assist with employee recognition program
Employee communication - including, but not limited to, general questions, providing materials
Community activities support
Answer, greet and check in visitors at the front door
Maintains confidential personnel and personnel actions
Assist the HR department with HR related projects
Skills needed:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in written form
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to work individually as well as in group environment
Requirements:
CONFIDENTIALITY is a must.
2 to 4 year college degree preferred, HS diploma required
General knowledge of employment laws/processes preferred
1-2 years administrative experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong knowledge of MS office suite of applications and aptitude to learn new applications quickly
Overall strong computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
