Home Care Human Resource Assistant needed for a small company. Minimum 1 year of experience required.

Duties include administrative tasks

  • Answering phones, setting appointments using calendar invites, conference links
  • Experience with employee new hire requirements and ongoing compliance requirements
  • Experience with I-9
  • Proficient in Microsoft work (advanced a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel (advanced a plus)
  • Proficient in HHA eXchange
  • Proficient in CHRC
  • Proficient in HCR
  • Social Media engagement

Must be

  • Customer service driven with a pleasant attitude
  • Dependable/ Punctual
  • Attentive to detail, and organized
  • People person (outspoken)

Education: Highschool or Equivalent

Requirements- 1-year minimum experience in Human Resources

2 Professional references that are verifiable by the corporate human resource department of past employers
