Position Summary
The Human Resources Representative is a key member of the HR Team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Alsip Facility and the Sites Managers/Supervisors, including but not limited to, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, performance management, benefits, payroll, training, onboarding, new hire orientation, compliance, site engagement, staffing agency collaboration and recruitment.

Essential to this Position

• Communicate and enforce company policies consistently with all personnel
• Assists with employee relations process including discussing concerns with employees and conducting investigations, and communicating with management
• Manage staffing activities, including recruiting, selection, orientation, training and maintain all related documentation
• Administer payroll and other related activities, such as attendance and vacation
• Administer benefits; assist employees through the on-line benefit selection process; communicate benefit changes; assist employees with annual benefits enrollment; promote company health and wellness programs; assist with employee benefit questions
• Manage the hourly performance review process; assist with salaried performance review process
• Assist in employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance of relevant federal, state/provincial, and local laws, as well as Menasha Ethics and other corporate-specific policies and procedures

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience Required

Some relevant experience required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
