Our company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and help us manage the collection and analysis of employee data in conjunction with the recruiting, hiring, and training of new staff. The successful candidate for this position should enjoy working as part of a team, have strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. We're looking for an individual who understands the importance of data visualization and has the ability to provide insightful results that can be used to inform management decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations to management on corrective actions that should be taken to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs.
  • Review, interpret, and supervise policies and procedures and make recommendations for their revision.
  • Recommend appropriate administrative procedures.
  • Research new human resources programs and technologies.
  • Conduct training programs to foster a cooperative environment among the employees.
  • Conduct continual surveillance of employees in all areas of the business, assess disciplinary problems, and recommend allowable corrective measures for problem employees.

Pay: $72,818.00 - $75,781.00 per year
