Human Resources Recruiter

Job Summary

Satellites Unlimited LLC. (SUI) is looking for a dynamic In-house Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will ensure that recruiting programs are aligned to business priorities to hire world-class talent and build robust talent pipelines. You will develop strong relationships both internally and externally to drive the talent sourcing strategy and act as a recruiter for the business with talent selection best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze resumes and applications and determine if they are a good fit for office interview

• Interview candidates by phone, video conference, in-person at times to assess qualifications.

• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employee referrals

• Work with hiring managers on a daily basis to determine interview scheduling

• Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the quality of the candidates

• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions

• Attend targeted recruiting meetings to determine best places to post jobs

• Maintain good working relationship with staff keeping them informed and ensuring transparency of scheduling decisions made

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' in the areas of human resources, recruiting, etc. experience.

• Microsoft and Google Suite experience preferred
