REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Someone with a great work ethic, who is willing to work hard
• Versatility, someone able to do various different duties. (Cutting, cleaning, measuring, etc.)
• Willing to learn, well-spoken, able to take direction well and be self-motivated
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic knowledge of construction basic mathematical problem solving
• Journeyman s License is required
• Plumbing knowledge is a plus but not necessary
• Must have a Valid Driver s License
• Basic computer/ tablet skills, including Microsoft Office products and email services
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and a physical capacity test
• Must have the ability to perform accurate work in the time frame assigned
• Must be willing to travel when needed

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Responsible for assembling, installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units used in homes, schools, commercial and industrial buildings.
• Locating and marking position of pipe and/or duct connections and passage holes for same in walls and floors and then cutting openings to accommodate pipe and/or duct fittings, using hand tools and power tools.
• Responsible for end to end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Ability to delegate work and run a crew.
• Ensure safety, client satisfaction and quality consistent with Tatro standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Occasional lifting up to 50lbs
