At Sub-Zero we provide the customer with unrivaled customization of their ice cream. Starting with a base cream they choose what flavors and mix-ins to combine and them we freeze it for them right in front of their eyes using liquid nitrogen. It's an experience as much as a tasty dessert. As such we need employees who excel at customer interaction, smiling and talking with the customer as they walk them through the process.
