We are looking for the right Applicant that has a positive attitude and willingness to learn. To join our team at Rightway Home Care Services to provide support to disabled adults. Teaching life skills to enhance our clients’ quality of life through their independence in their homes and the community.

This position supports the IHS Coordinator to manage new clients and staffing needs for the IHS program, training employees, and communicating with the team as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Completing 245D paperwork for intakes, meetings, client’s files.
  • Complete onboarding, shadowing, and training of new hires.
  • Train staff on 245D compliance and policies and procedures.
  • Ability and willingness to assist with clients’ needs and supports if staff is unable.
  • Manages monthly Mandatory meeting with staff and Coordinator.
  • Monitor and track staff hours,
  • Regular file auditing of case notes, goal tracking, client files, and staff files for compliance.
  • Tracking and auditing of paperwork for meetings with clients and staff.
  • Communicate clearly to the client, their team, and your supervisor on a regular basis.
  • Report to IHS Coordinator with staffing needs.
  • Maintain Professionalism and Confidentiality for all clients.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Travel requirements

  • Travel for Intake Meetings
  • Travel to clients' residences if needed.
  • Maintain valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation

Required education and experience

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to pass a DHS background study
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred education and experience

  • Direct Support: 3 years and/or
  • ILS/IHS: 3 years
  • Knowledge of 245D paperwork (highly recommended)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
