Job description

We’re looking for an Import Logistics Coordinator who has past experiences with import bookings, freight forwarding, and domestic delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Creating import bookings with ocean carriers and overseas agents
- Inputting container packing lists details with high accuracy
- Tracking both international and domestic cargo movements to keep customers updated
- Arranging truck drayage, OTR, and transloads as well as issuing delivery orders
- Performing accounting functions such as client invoicing and maintaining debit/credit notes
- Managing cross-functional lines of communication between suppliers, agents, ocean carriers, customers, and company department heads

Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ocean import logistics
- Knowledge of freight forwarding practices, terminology, and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work within time constraints
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual preferred (Korean, Chinese or Spanish are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite including Excel and Outlook

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
