A unique, full-time, permanent, full-charge Caregiver Position is coming available. This salaried position’s highest priority is to care for an active wheelchair-bound quadriplegic married/businessman ensuring he is well cared for while keeping up with his medical and personal supplies. The ideal candidate would be unincumbered and able help manage the home, grounds and/or assist in managing his in-home office. They would be happy and available to travel approximately 3-5 times per year. The trips are sometimes international but mostly domestic. You need to be physically able, although we have excellent equipment to assist. You will also be responsible to ensure the other caregivers are covering the shifts you are not here.

We’re located in a beautiful resort area in the southern Rocky Mountains of New Mexico. We reside at 7,000 feet but the alpine mountain peaks reach over 12,000 ft. Lots of tall pines, Elk,Deer, and other wildlife. The winter here offers Snow Skiing etc. while the summer has horse racing and lots of other outdoor activities. Our friendly village, Ruidoso, not only has skiing, horse racing, hiking, and two casinos, but also the renown Spencer Theater for the PerformingArts.

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and dedicated person who wants to do more than onlyCare Giving. The ideal candidate will have lots of energy, a caring nature, good Caregiving experience and be a self-starter. In exchange, you will be greatly appreciated, reasonably well- paid and get to work and live in a very friendly, beautiful environment. The caregiver you will be replacing has, over the years, become like family and adored by us and our adult children.With us, she traveled to areas like Bermuda, Spain, Costa Rica, Mexico, Canada and numerous domestic spots from Hawaii, Alaska, to NYC.
