In this role, we stand prepared to equip you with the right personal protective equipment (PPE) and are ready to assist as you care for our vulnerable population of seniors and adults with disabilities.

Working with us is easy, you don´t need to have too much certification, and we don´t ask you for too many requirements to work as a Caregiver. What do you need?

If you have it, don´t hesitate to apply now as a Caregiver:

• Pass a background check.
• High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate
• Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Home Care Aide (HCA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course
• The Home Care Aide shall have completed a Competency Evaluation that meets the State licensing law for home health agencies
• Food Worker card.
• Current CPR Certificate is recommended
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation

What will you do as a caregiver? How is the day-to-day of a Caregiver?

As an in home caregiver, you will provide personal care activities that ASSIST our clients with activities of daily living. These could include, but are not limited to:

• Personal hygiene
• Reinforcement of dressings (non-sterile)/ shaving
• Assisting with the use of devices for aid in daily living (cane, walker, wheelchair, or lift device)
• Measuring and preparing special diets
• Measuring intake and output
• Taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure)
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Assisting with the application of an arm sling, arm splint, or leg splint
