We are seeking qualified candidates for in-home, direct care positions with a young man in Allison PA. He enjoys his independence, puzzles, using his iPad, watching Disney movies, having tea time, engaging in his community, and spending quiet time alone.

In addition to supporting him with daily living needs such personal care and dressing other tasks may include companionship, ensuring safety, and possibly supporting him with community activities. We are looking for professionals who are patient, passionate about caretaking, competent with hands-on care giving, reliable & have own transportation.

Direct Care to include:

• Provide 1 to 1 care

• Transfers (must be physically fit & able to lift)

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living

Requirements:

• Driver with own vehicle

• Covid Vaccinated

• Direct Support Professional experience preferred

• Clean criminal background

Shifts available are:

Monday 6:00pm-8:30pm

Thursday 6:45pm-9:15pm

Saturday 10:30am-2:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift

All applicants are preferred to have the Covid vaccine & take appropriate Covid precautions such as using a mask when providing direct care.

• Allison Park, PA 15101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Direct support: 1 year (Required)
• Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
• Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Developmental disabilities experience: 1 year (Preferred)
