Milwaukie Heating & Cooling is hiring! We are a full-service HVAC company serving residential and light commercial customers in and around Clackamas County. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
We are currently looking for a motivated, outgoing salesperson to join our team! In this position, you will be meeting with people in their homes to inform and educate them about different heating and cooling solutions. Compensation: Commission Based - Base pay + 4% commission + tiered spiffs. $120k -$200k is expected pay.
Hours: Full Time with some weekends and evenings required
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years sales experience required
- Magnetic personality
- Ability to pass background screen
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- In home sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Good Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Desire to make $100K+ per year income
- Excellent verbal skills
