  • A minimum of +3 years in-store visual merchandising manager experience.
  • Project management skills including measurement, reporting and financial analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe In-Design and PhotoShop applications.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overnights as needed.
  • Must be able to lift approx. 20 lbs.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Portfolio of visual merchandising experiences required

The In-Store Visual Merchandising Lead will be responsible for executing all Women's and Windows visual merchandising directives. The position will be responsible for training and coaching visual merchandising standards for new hires and existing team members. This position will report to the In-Store Visual Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Translate visual strategy into tactical execution plans.
  • Create, edit, and monitor department timelines as required.
  • Collaborate with home office and operational partners, and communicate effectively in order to achieve goals.
  • Understand department sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver results.
  • Measures effectiveness of Visual Merchandising testing initiatives.
  • A degree in visual merchandising, retail, or design.
  • Strong aesthetic and visual design experience.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating training.
  • Photographing store presentations.n.
