About the Position: We welcome you to become part of our high-paced inbound contact center. We serve as customer service specialists in one of the fastest-growing transportation needs in the United States. You will be answering only INBOUND calls from customers asking questions about billing, outstanding invoices, general concerns about account set up, and updated general account information.

Requirements:

• Clean Background Check (Examines the past 7 years Only)
• Valid Forms of Identifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center in-office environment
• Ability to be a Goal Crusher achieve top Quality Assurance scores
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Spanish
• Handle personal and private data with confidence and secure accounts according to all guidelines
• Solid computer, using scripter, and multi-tasking skills, in a fast-paced high volume call center environment

Schedules Are based on Availability:

• Paid 2- Weeks Training Monday – Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
• Monday – Saturday with Wednesday & Sunday Off
• Monday – Saturday with Thursday & Sunday Off
• Monday – Friday with Saturday & Sunday Off

Schedule Times Are based on Availability:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (will be required to clear calls on hold in the queue)

Compensation & Available Benefits:

• $13.00/ per hour
• Daily incentives based on performance (up to $50/day)
• Monthly incentive based on performance (Average of $300)
• Performance reviews every 3 months with potential merit increases
