- Is people-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Is adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Is innovative - prefers working on tasks that require creativity
- Thrives in a very active environment
- Loves learning and teaching through play, indoors and out
- Has prior experience working with young children (ages 0 to 3)
