Inside Sales/Enrollment for Medicare Digital Health Program
Part-Time Position (REMOTE)
Position Overview
The Enrollment Specialist will make calls to identify and persuade Medicare Advantage members to enroll in Ceresti’s Digital Family Support Program. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, hard-working inside sales professional to speak with family caregivers (spouses, adult children) who provide care for Medicare Advantage members.
You will pitch the Ceresti Family Support Program which is offered through participating Medicare Advantage health plans at no cost to families. Ceresti’s program increases the knowledge, skills, confidence and wellness of caregivers. We will provide sample call scripts and prepare you with common scenarios and FAQs. The ideal candidate will be personable, patient, tech-savvy, empathetic and comfortable speaking with seniors.
The goal is to enroll caregivers into an innovative and highly acclaimed caregiver program.

Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with eligible caregivers through direct sales calls
- Manage leads through a sales funnel using Ceresti’s CRM software
- Utilize Ceresti coaches and other team members, as needed, to advance opportunities
- Present product information to prospects
- Organize lead queue to track caregivers who agree to enroll in the program
- Make suggestions for enrollment process improvements
- Participate in enrollment status meetings
- Comply with HIPAA and CMS regulations
Required Qualifications
Education
- BA/BS degree preferred
Experience
- Demonstrated success in cold calling or inside sales role.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage preferred
- Familiarity with the challenges of being a caregiver
- Ability to work remotely and independently
Skills
- Comfortable spending the majority of your time on the phone
- Proficiency in CRM use, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Apple MAC and iPhone proficiency preferred
- Proficient in English
- Self-starter + comfort working in a dynamic environment
- Patient and not easily discouraged
- Must demonstrate high level of integrity
- Must be able to pass a background check, including drug screening
- Must be able to provide references upon request
Job Type:
- Part-time
- 20-30 hours per week
- Potential for full-time employment with health benefits based on performance
Pay:
- Starting at $20/hour with performance-based increases
- Plus commissions + bonuses
