Bullet Guard Corporation is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as an Account Sales Representative and Estimator. This is a full-time position based in our West Sacramento, CA headquarters and reports to the Operations Leader.

Job Description

As our Inside Account Sales Representative and Estimator you will be responsible for providing accurate pricing and selling materials, projects and takeoffs. This position is responsible for providing superior quality and service while maintaining the company’s high standards when interacting with customers, employees, partners, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide estimate of project materials, pricing for specific projects, and prepare takeoffs
  • Identify and implement estimation process efficiencies to reduce proposal development lead times
  • Assist in the development of consistent and up-to-date pricing and best pricing practices
  • Develop pricing standards for key accounts
  • Complete quarterly departmental and individual objectives (rocks)
  • Provide component expertise and sales support on projects
  • Maintain technical accuracy of components in all Bullet Guard documents
  • Achieve monthly & yearly sales quotas across multiple products and services
  • Create action plan of how to accomplish sales quotas
  • Develop solid sales techniques using the Bullet Guard sales process
  • Attain quarterly departmental and personal objectives
  • Make multiple outbound calls daily to current customers in assigned sales areas
  • Ask questions, listen, and verify customer information and needs
  • Educate the customer on the benefits of Bullet Guard products and services
  • Explain the Bullet Guard proven process
  • Provide product information as required
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received directly via phone, email or forwarded by other departments
  • Generate accurate proposals, follow up on proposals in a timely manner, and close orders
  • Submit orders for processing with complete and accurate information
  • Document customer information in database/CRM
  • Collaborate with other departments as required

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in business, sales, estimating or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Familiar with and able to read plans and job specifications
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to focus on multiple tasks at one time
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with Google Apps and Salesforce CRM
  • Previous Sales experience preferred
