Job description
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the development and performance of all quoted sales activities within an assigned territory. Oversee responses to customer order and quotation requests for all levels of accounts received via outside sale managers, telephone, e-mail, and written correspondence This position will work closely with outside Sales Management to accomplish sales growth through follow-up, customer relations and product knowledge. The qualified candidate will uphold Hapco standards and expectations in a customer driven and fast paced work environment. Must have excellent phone, computer, analytical skill and data entry skills as well as the ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers and other departments.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
- Preferred: Recent college graduate Associate or BS degree.
PRFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
- Strong business acumen regarding a sales and profit process.
- Recent college graduate Associate or BS degree.
