Roofing USA is HIRING IMMEDIATELY for an Inside Sales Representative! We are looking for someone who is motivated and will provide top-notch customer service to prospective and current clientele. Our Inside Sales Representatives work in a collaborative, fun team environment and help with increasing sales, obtaining and forwarding leads, and following up with current and prospective clients as needed. The Inside Sales Rep will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, and keeping track of key information through our CRM software.

Job Responsibilities and Description:

This position revolves around providing exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients via phone from our home office in Charleston. The Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for helping customers through the full life cycle of a project. This includes cold calling potential customers, scheduling appointments, preparing internal and external documents, reviewing and approving contracts, and assisting the outside sales team while they are in the field.
