Job description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails to sell Personal Seat Licenses (PSL’s) and season tickets
- Conduct face to face sales meetings at Mercedes-Benz Stadium
- Conduct phone appointments to educate market on our ticket offerings
- Work sales tables at Falcons home games & various community events to help generate new sales
- Meet and exceed established weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Represent the team in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Attend and contribute at all sales meetings
- Maintain computerized records of clients and prospects with our CRM system
Expectations:
- 75+ outbound calls daily
- 35-hour work week
- Strong desire to be a sports sales industry leader
- Contribute positively to the sales team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree
- Previous internships preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
The ideal candidate should have strong interest in sales, be energetic, competitive, creative, a good listener, self-starting, and committed to the team concept. Selected candidates will have demonstrated previous involvement in a wide range of activities or clubs. Recent completion of a college degree in Marketing, Sales, or Sports Management preferred; strong communication skills are a necessity.
