As a Membership Sales Trainer you will focus on inspiring our Team members by teaching them both about the industry and to help attorneys see the value in a LegalMatch Account.
We are looking for a successful, energetic and goal-oriented Sales Trainer to join our growing team. The Sales Trainer that all employees have a thorough understanding of the platform and carry out their responsibilities while achieving our goals. The Sales Trainer conducts ongoing training's for all skill levels, including new hire, refresher, and remedial training sessions. This position will be primarily responsible for Training and ensuring the ongoing quality of the Remote Sales Team. The Sales Trainer reports directly to the Director of Membership. This is an in-office position.
Critical Skills:
- Primary Responsibility includes training and performing QA duties on Remote Sales Team
- Provides ongoing training that includes updated best practices and strategy; improved messaging; prospecting methods; and ensure adoption of the latest tools and technologies.
- Analyze training needs to develop and improve existing programs
- Monitor quality and trainee aptitude by listening to calls and providing coaching feedback to the leadership team
- Be the first point of contact for any questions that a team member may have
- Coordinates team logistic and technical support
- Creates an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team efforts
- Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within team
- Provides necessary business information for team members to close the deal
- Helps keep the team focused and on track!
- Conducts in-depth needs assessments of potential clients
- Overcomes technical and business objections of potential clients
- Celebrates the accomplishments of their team
- Leads by setting a good example
- Ingoing Quality Assurance of the Sales Team, including but not limited to Monitoring calls
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Minimum 2+ years in a Sales Trainer/Coaching capacity, 5+ years preferred
- CRM Experience Required - Salesforce CRM preferred
Required Skills and Abilities
- Responsible and dependable
- Ability to motivate and inspire sales representatives
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other essential programs

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
